Tasmania regulation
This proclamation under the Corrections Act 1997 records and publishes the land descriptions and graphic plans for Hayes Prison Farm and part of the former Kilderry Farm Gaol (SCHEDULES 1–4). It was notified in the Gazette on 26 September 2012 and is administered by the Department of Justice.
Mechanically, it supplies the legal descriptions and maps that identify these correctional properties for administration and official record-keeping. That primarily affects the Department of Justice’s property management and any parties whose rights turn on those cadastral descriptions.
