9 Orders that are declared to be interstate forfeiture orders

For the purposes of the definition of interstate forfeiture order in section 338 of the Act, each order (however described): (a) specified in an item in a table in Schedule 1; and (b) made under a corresponding law specified in the item; is declared to be an order of a kind within that definition.
