34FFaxed copies of foreign orders

##### 34F Faxed copies of foreign orders (1) A faxed copy of a sealed or authenticated copy of a foreign order or an amendment of a foreign order is to be regarded for the purposes of this Act as the same as the sealed or authenticated copy. (2) However, if registration of the order under this Subdivision is effected by means of the faxed copy, the registration ceases to have effect at the end of 21 days unless the sealed or authenticated copy has been filed by then in the court that registered the order.
