#### 86 Official Trustee must not deal with forfeited property before the court decides on confirmation of forfeiture order During the period: (a) starting on the day after the person’s conviction of the offence was \*quashed; and (b) ending when the court decides whether to confirm the \*forfeiture order; the \*Official Trustee must not do any of the things required under section 70 in relation to property covered by the order or amounts received from disposing of such property.
