71 Dealings with forfeited property
A person commits an offence if: (a) the person knows that a *forfeiture order has been made in respect of *registrable property; and (b) the person disposes of, or otherwise deals with, the property before the Commonwealth’s interest has been registered on the appropriate register; and (c) the forfeiture order has not been discharged.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 5 years or 300 penalty units, or both.
