43 Notice of revocation of a restraining order
If a *restraining order is revoked under section 42, the *responsible authority must give written notice of the revocation to: (a) the owner of any property covered by the restraining order (if the owner is known); and (b) any other person the authority reasonably believes may have an *interest in the property. However, the authority need not give notice to the applicant for the revocation.
