#### 326 Operation of other laws not affected Nothing in this Act limits or restricts: (a) the operation of any other law of the Commonwealth or of a \*non‑governing Territory providing for the forfeiture of property or the imposition of pecuniary penalties; or (b) the remedies available to the Commonwealth, apart from this Act, for the enforcement of its rights and the protection of its interests.
