312Cancellation of registration

#### 312 Cancellation of registration (1) The registration of an \*interstate forfeiture order in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division may be cancelled by the Supreme Court or a prescribed officer of the Supreme Court if: (a) the registration was improperly obtained; or (b) particulars of any amendments made to: (i) the interstate forfeiture order; or (ii) any ancillary orders or directions made by a court; are not communicated to the Supreme Court in accordance with the requirements of the rules of the Supreme Court. (2) The registration of an \*interstate forfeiture order in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division may be cancelled by the Supreme Court to the extent that the order is not capable of enforcement in the Territory.
