310 Effect of registration
(1) An *interstate forfeiture order registered in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division may be enforced in the Territory as if it were a *forfeiture order made at the time of registration. (2) This Act (other than Divisions 5 and 6 of Part 2‑2 and section 322) applies to an *interstate forfeiture order registered in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division as it applies to a *forfeiture order.
