#### 308 Powers of Official Trustee in relation to interstate restraining orders If: (a) an \*interstate restraining order is registered in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division; and (b) the interstate restraining order directs an official of a State or a \*self‑governing Territory to take control of property; the \*Official Trustee may, with the agreement of the official, exercise the same powers in relation to the property that the official would have been able to exercise if the property were located in that State or self‑governing Territory.
