304Effect of registration

#### 304 Effect of registration (1) An \*interstate restraining order registered in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division may be enforced in the Territory as if it were a \*restraining order made at the time of registration. (2) This Act (other than sections 33, 42 to 45A, 142, 169 and 179SA, Division 5 of Part 2‑1, Part 2‑3 and Division 4 of Part 4‑1) applies in relation to an \*interstate restraining order registered in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division as it applies in relation to a \*restraining order.
