302A Charges to secure amounts payable under subsection 293(3)
If: (a) a person whose property is covered by a *restraining order is liable to pay an amount to the Commonwealth under subsection 293(3); and (b) either: (i) the court revokes the restraining order; or (ii) the order ceases to be in force under section 45; there is created by force of this section a charge on the property to secure the payment of the amount to the Commonwealth.
