#### 298 Programs for expenditure on law enforcement, drug treatment etc. (1) The Minister may, in writing, approve a program for the expenditure of money standing to the credit of the \*Confiscated Assets Account. (2) The expenditure is to be approved for one or more of the following purposes: (a) crime prevention measures; (b) law enforcement measures; (c) measures relating to treatment of drug addiction; (d) diversionary measures relating to illegal use of drugs.
