#### 28A Prohibition of publication of evidence—proceedings for restraining orders (1) If a \*proceeds of crime authority applies to a court for a \*restraining order, the court may make an order under subsection (2). (2) If it appears to the court to be necessary in order to prevent prejudice to the administration of justice, the court may make an order prohibiting or restricting the publication of all or any of the matters referred to in the following provisions (whichever is applicable) that are contained in an affidavit made in support of the application: (a) subsection 17(3); (b) subsection 18(3); (c) paragraph 19(1)(e); (d) subsection 20(3); (e) subsection 20A(3). (3) The court may make an order under subsection (2) at any time after the application is made and before it is determined. (4) The power conferred by subsection (2) is in addition to, and is not taken to derogate from, any other power of the court.
