288Official Trustee’s costs etc.

#### 288 Official Trustee’s costs etc. (1) The regulations may make provision relating to: (a) the costs, charges and expenses incurred in connection with the \*Official Trustee’s exercise of powers and performance of functions or duties under this Act, under Part VI of the \*Mutual Assistance Act or under section 208DA or Division 3 of Part XIII of the Customs Act 1901; and (b) the Official Trustee’s remuneration in respect of those activities. (2) An amount equal to each amount of remuneration that the \*Official Trustee receives under the regulations is to be paid to the Commonwealth.
