#### 267AA Additional property to which the Official Trustee’s powers under Division 2 apply (1) The powers conferred on the \*Official Trustee under Division 2 may be exercised in relation to: (a) property that is the subject of a \*forfeiture order; or (b) property forfeited under section 92; or (c) property that is subject to a direction under section 282 or 282A. (2) Without limiting the definition of controlled property in section 267, for the purposes of Division 2, that property is controlled property.
