#### 265 Jurisdiction of magistrates A magistrate in a State or a \*self‑governing Territory may issue a \*search warrant in: (a) that State or Territory; or (b) another State or self‑governing Territory if he or she is satisfied that there are special circumstances that make the issue of the warrant appropriate; or (c) a \*non‑governing Territory.
