#### 253 Receipts for things seized under warrant (1) The \*executing officer or a \*person assisting must provide a receipt for: (a) a thing seized under a warrant; or (b) a thing moved under subsection 244(1) (moving things to another place for examination or processing); or (c) a thing seized under section 251 (searches without warrant in emergency situations). (2) One receipt may cover 2 or more things.
