#### 250 Providing documents after execution of a search warrant If: (a) documents were on, or accessible from, the \*premises of a \*financial institution at the time when a \*search warrant relating to those premises was executed; and (b) those documents were not able to be located at that time; and (c) the financial institution provides them to the \*executing officer as soon as practicable after the execution of the warrant; then the documents are taken to have been seized under the warrant.
