#### 240 Details of warrant to be given to occupier etc. (1) If the occupier of the \*premises, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, is present at premises when a \*search warrant is being executed, the \*executing officer or a \*person assisting must make available to the person: (a) a copy of the warrant; and (b) a document setting out the rights and obligations of the person. (2) If a person is searched under a \*search warrant, the \*executing officer or a \*person assisting must show the person a copy of the warrant. (3) The copy of the warrant need not include the signature of the magistrate or the seal of the relevant court.
