#### 22 Restraining orders must only relate to one suspect (1) A \*restraining order must only relate to one \*suspect. > Note: A restraining order might not relate to any suspect if the person who is suspected of committing the offence is not known and the restraining order only restrains proceeds of the offence. The restraining order may also cover the property of one or more other persons who are not the suspect. (2) A \*restraining order may relate to more than one offence in relation to that \*suspect.
