#### 195 Failing to attend an examination A person commits an offence if the person: (a) is required by an \*examination notice to attend an \*examination; and (b) refuses or fails to attend the examination at the time and place specified in the notice. Penalty: Imprisonment for 5 years or 300 penalty units, or both.
