46Persons who may appear and adduce evidence

#### 46 Persons who may appear and adduce evidence (1) Where: (a) the DPP applies for a restraining order against property; and (b) notice of the application is given in accordance with subsection 45(1); any person who claims an interest in the property may appear and adduce evidence at the hearing of the application. (2) Where the DPP applies for the extension of the period of operation of a restraining order that has been made in respect of property, any person who claims an interest in the property may appear and adduce evidence at the hearing of the application.
