### 24 Death of person entitled to apply for grant > Unless otherwise directed by the Court, a judge or the Registrar, a statement in the affidavit supporting the application for a grant that a person entitled to apply for a grant has died, giving, where possible, the date of the person's death, will be sufficient to account for the failure of that person to apply for the grant.
