#### 144 Caveat may be lodged 144 Caveat may be lodged > > (1) Any person may lodge in the registry of the Court a caveat against any application for probate or administration, or for the sealing of any probate or letters of administration under Division 5, at any time previous to such probate or administration being granted, or to the sealing of any such probate or letters of administration. > > > (2) Every such caveat shall set forth the name of the person lodging the same, and an address for service in accordance with the rules. > > **s 144:** Am 1970 No 52, Second Sch; 1977 No 122, Sch 4 (12).
