150A VCAT must ask Chief Commissioner about protected information on receiving certain applications for review

If VCAT receives an application for review under section 150(1)(a), (c) or (ea), VCAT must ask the Chief Commissioner whether the grounds for the refusal or cancellation were based on any protected information.
