149 Evidentiary value of documents certified by police or authorised person

A document certified by a police officer or an authorised person to be a true copy or extract of a completed register or a copy of such a register seized by a police officer or an authorised person under section 145 is admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of that completed register or copy.
