125 Duplicate licence document

(1) If—

S. 125(1)(a) amended by No. 12/2024 s. 31(2)(a).

(a) a private security licence document is lost or is not in a fit state to be used as such; or

S. 125(1)(b) amended by No. 12/2024 s. 31(2)(b).

(b) the Chief Commissioner instructs the holder of the licence to obtain another document—

the holder may apply to the Chief Commissioner for a duplicate document.

(2) An application under subsection (1) must be accompanied by—

(a) the prescribed fee; and

(b) any prescribed documents.
