PART 10—ACTIVITIES IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC PLACES 10.1 General prohibitions (a) plant any plant (except grasses or a similar plant) within 6m of an intersection; (b) plant any plant which exceeds or which may exceed 0.75m in height on a thoroughfare, where that plant obstructs or restricts the vision of a driver using a driveway on land adjacent to the street for access to or from the street;
