84Continued application of other provisions of Act

#### 84 Continued application of other provisions of Act (1) The appointment of a person as the external manager of a health benefits fund does not affect the continued operation of provisions of this Act (other than Division 6), the Private Health Insurance Act 2007 or the Financial Accountability Regime Act 2023: (a) in relation to the fund; or (b) in relation to the rights and obligations of persons in relation to the responsible insurer for the fund. (2) The appointment of a person as the terminating manager of a health benefits fund does not affect the continued operation of provisions of this Act (other than Division 5 or 7), the Private Health Insurance Act 2007 or the Financial Accountability Regime Act 2023: (a) in relation to the fund; or (b) in relation to the rights and obligations of persons in relation to the responsible insurer for the fund.
