#### 55 Additional powers of external managers (1) In the application of the provisions of Division 8 of Part 5.3A of Chapter 5 of the Corporations Act 2001, for the purpose of: (a) conferring further powers on the external manager of a health benefits fund; and (b) where appropriate, qualifying the exercise of those powers; the provisions of that Division are taken not to include section 442A or subsection 442D(1). (2) For the purposes of section 442F of the Corporations Act 2001 as so applying, sections 128 and 129 of that Act are also taken to apply, subject to such modifications as are specified in APRA rules made for the purpose of this subsection.
