#### 47 Reporting by terminating manager (1) A terminating manager: (a) must make a written report to APRA relating to the termination of the health benefits funds of a private health insurer as soon as practicable after the completion of the termination of the funds; and (b) may, at any earlier time, make a written report to APRA relating to the termination of the funds. (2) A report under paragraph (1)(a) may include a recommendation that an application be made under section 48 for the winding up of the insurer.
