#### 34 Consent of policy holders not required The consent of the policy holders of a health benefits fund is not required for any: (a) restructuring health benefits funds as provided for in section 32; or (b) entering into arrangements of a kind referred to in section 33, or implementing such arrangements; unless the constitution of the private health insurer conducting the fund provides otherwise.
