#### 17 APRA can be taken to refuse application APRA is taken, for the purposes of section 168, to have refused the application if APRA does not give the applicant written notice of its decision on the application: (a) within 90 days after the application was made; or (b) if APRA has given the applicant a notice under section 13 requiring the applicant to give further information relating to the application—within 90 days after the applicant gives that information to APRA; whichever is later.
