#### 167 Annual publication of information relating to health benefits funds (1) As soon as practicable after 30 September in each year, APRA must publish on its website the following information in respect of the operations, during the financial year ending on 30 June in that year, of each health benefits fund conducted by each private health insurer: (a) premiums payable to the fund; (b) other amounts payable to the fund; (c) fund benefits payable out of the fund; (d) management expenses; (e) other amounts payable out of the fund; (f) the balance of the fund at the end of that financial year; (g) details of how the reserves of the fund have been invested; (h) any other information required by APRA rules made for the purpose of this paragraph. (2) APRA must not, under subsection (1), publish personal information relating to a person insured under a policy.
