154 APRA may apply to the Federal Court
(1) If APRA is satisfied that a private health insurer has contravened an enforceable obligation, APRA may apply to the Federal Court for: (a) a declaration of contravention (see section 155); and (b) any one or more of the following orders: (i) a civil penalty order (see section 156); (ii) a compensation order (see section 157); (iii) any other order that APRA considers to be appropriate to redress the contravention. (2) The application must be made within 4 years of the alleged contravention.
