#### 141 Responsibility to provide facilities and assistance (1) The occupier of premises to which an investigation warrant relates, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, must provide: (a) an inspector executing the warrant; and (b) any person assisting the inspector; with all reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of their powers. > Note: Obstructing, hindering, intimidating or resisting an inspector in the performance of his or her functions is an offence against section 149.1 of the Criminal Code. (2) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is subject to subsection (1); and (b) the person fails to comply with that subsection. Penalty for contravention of this subsection: 30 penalty units. > Note: If a body corporate is convicted of an offence against this subsection, subsection 4B(3) of the Crimes Act 1914 allows a court to impose a fine of up to 5 times the penalty stated above.
