#### 139 Details of warrant etc. to be given to occupier If: (a) an investigation warrant is being executed in relation to premises; and (b) the occupier of the premises, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, is present at the premises; an inspector executing the warrant must, as soon as practicable: (c) make a copy of the warrant available to the occupier or other person; and (d) inform the occupier or other person in writing of the rights and responsibilities of the occupier or other person under sections 140 and 141.
