#### 126 Simplified outline of this Part APRA may, for the purposes of this Act or the risk equalisation levy legislation, require insurers to provide information, reports or documents, and may require officers of insurers to provide documents. APRA may appoint an inspector to investigate the affairs of a private health insurer in certain circumstances. The powers of an inspector include power to require a person to provide documents or to appear for examination, and power to enter premises (either with consent or under a warrant) and exercise search powers.
