#### 108 Notification of appointment etc. (1) A private health insurer that appoints a person under this Division must give APRA written notice of: (a) the name of the person; and (b) details of the actuarial qualifications and experience of the person; and (c) the date of the appointment; and (d) any other matter specified in prudential standards. (2) Notice under subsection (1) must be given within 14 days after the day of the appointment. (3) If a person ceases to be the appointed actuary of a private health insurer, the insurer must give APRA written notice that the person has so ceased and of the day on which he or she so ceased. (4) Notice under subsection (3) must be given within 14 days after the day on which the person ceased to be the appointed actuary.
