28 Notice of overpayment as a result of a review decision
If a person has overpaid an amount as a cost‑recovery fee as a result of a decision made under either of the following provisions, the Minister must, within 20 business days after the decision was made, notify the person accordingly: (a) paragraph 27(3)(b) (an initial review decision); (b) paragraph 27(5)(a) (a further review decision).
