26 Notice of review rights
(1) If the Minister makes a reviewable decision, the Minister must, within 10 business days after making the decision, give the person affected by the decision: (a) written notice of the decision; and (b) a statement setting out particulars of the person’s review rights. (2) The notice must include particulars about how the person may respond to the notice. (3) Failure to comply with subsection (1) does not affect the validity of the decision.
