22 Person liable to pay cost‑recovery fee
For the purposes of paragraph 72‑45(a) of the Act: (a) a cost‑recovery fee in relation to a listing application is payable by the person who made the application; and (b) a cost‑recovery fee in relation to a variation application is payable by the person who made the relevant request.
