30 Minister may have regard to recommendations and advice
(1) In making a decision under section 72‑10 of the Act whether or not to grant a listing application, the Minister may have regard to a recommendation or advice from the body known as the Medical Devices and Human Tissue Advisory Committee. (2) Subsection (1) does not limit the matters to which the Minister may have regard.
