9. Test end-to-end processes

• Conduct practical tests that simulate imposition-day events and the subsequent payment workflow so that the 14-28 day deadlines (ss 7-9) can be met reliably. Ensure systems produce audit trails showing when an imposition event was identified and when payment was initiated.

10. Monitor for further amendments

• Because the Rules have cross-references to other instruments, keep a watch on amendments to the Complaints Levy Act 1995, the National Joint Replacement Register Levy Rule, and the Medical Devices Rules. Changes in those instruments will change the practical operation of the 2025 Levy Administration Rules even if the 2025 Rules themselves are not amended.
