6 Delegation
(1) A board may delegate its authority to a person or a committee. (2) A delegation under subsection (1) must be in writing and retained as a record by the private health insurer. (3) A board must: (a) ensure there are procedures for it to monitor the exercise of delegations; and (b) not abrogate its responsibilities through the use of delegations.
