14 Review of certain Council decisions
A person may apply to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of the following decisions of the Council: (a) a decision of the Council not to approve the person as an independent director; (b) a decision of the Council not to approve, under subsection 2(3), the person as chairperson of a board.
