11J Naming of insurance policies that cover general treatment only
(1) For paragraph 63‑10 (g) of the Act, this rule applies to an insurance policy that covers general treatment only. (2) The policy must include a name that does not contain: (a) the name of any metal; or (b) the name of any gemstone or any semi‑precious stone; or (c) either “plus” or “+”.
