333‑5 Delegation by Secretary (1) The Secretary of the Department may, by writing, delegate all or any of his or her functions or powers under this Act to an APS employee in the Department. (2) In performing a function or exercising a power under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Secretary.
