282‑25 Use etc. of information relating to another person A person commits an offence if: (a) the person uses, makes a record of, or discloses or communicates to any person, any information that relates to the affairs of another person and was acquired under or for the purposes of Part 2‑2, this Part or paragraph 323‑5(c); and (b) the use, making of the record, disclosure or communication was not carried out in the performance of a function or obligation, or the exercise of a power, under Part 2‑2, this Part or paragraph 323‑5(c). Penalty: Imprisonment for 1 year.
